Processing Time & Dispatch

We offer worldwide delivery and dispatch all orders safely and securely within two business days using a tracked service. Shipping times are estimated and commence from the date of dispatch rather than the date of your order.

Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed after 4 pm on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday. The following shipping estimates are based on average shipping times across these services and cannot be guaranteed.

General Information

We ship worldwide from either our UK, US or EU warehouse.

Once your order's on its way, you'll receive a delivery notification via email. Haven't received anything? Don't worry. Just check your spam/junk folders, as it can sometimes end up there.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund you. This will be for the total amount of your order using your original payment method.

If you're purchasing a product on 'pre-order', the estimated delivery date will be displayed in the product description. Orders with multiple products will be held until the 'pre-order' product is ready to ship.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order, please add your selected products to the cart and head to the checkout.

The checkout screen will show both delivery charges and estimated shipping times. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas or large, bulky items.

Import Duty & Taxes

International orders (excluding the UK, US and the EU) may be applicable for duties, fees and import taxes. These costs are all determined by your local customs authority. With that in mind, they must be paid to your local courier or government agency to ensure you receive your order. Not collected by 100 Day Devotional, these fees may be charged before, on, or after delivery. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, 100 Day Devotional is not responsible for the loss of any orders sent to an incorrect address.

Made a mistake? Please email as soon as you've placed your order, and we'll do our best to help. Just ensure the email contains your order number and the correct shipping address, and we'll try to update this for you. But please be aware this isn't always possible due to our fast dispatch times and customer service availability.
